Privacy notice for this website
This notice covers the Chorda AI marketing website only: the overview, the approach page, this page, and the demo request form. It does not describe the Chorda product. Colleagues who take part in a feedback cycle receive their own terms before they start.

When you request a demo
The form asks for three things: your company email, your company name and your company website. We use them to respond to your request and arrange a demo, and for nothing else.
When you submit the form, the three fields are sent by transactional email to the Chorda AI team, Morten and Oleg. The form also carries a hidden field that stays empty for people and helps us discard automated submissions. Nothing you type is stored in your browser or written to a URL.
We keep your request for as long as we need it to follow up with you. Write to us at any time to have it deleted.
Technical data
Like any website, these pages are served by a hosting provider. To deliver and secure the site, the provider may process technical information in its logs, such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages requested.
The pages load their typefaces from Google Fonts, so Google receives the technical request data needed to serve them. The marketing pages set no cookies of their own and run no analytics or advertising trackers.
No employee feedback here
This website does not collect feedback about anyone. The observations, findings and report fragments shown on the overview page are fictional examples. Feedback given inside the Chorda product is governed by separate terms that colleagues see before their first question, and it is never collected through this site.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. For any privacy question about this website, write to oleg@helloelsy.com.
